GBJust got my first order from these… Just got my first order from these guys. Pure perfection. From quote to shipping everything was immaculate. Alexander (Xander) is awesome. Great customer service and very responsive. I know nothing about designing boxes and jumped right into it and Xander was able to guide me to what I was looking for. I was pretty picky about the details I wanted and he was able to make changes and send back multiple drafts in a day. When I need more I'll be coming back here. Thank you Xander and your production team!!

GB2 orders placed: so far so good! We've placed 2 orders so far with Ideal Custom Boxes. We decided to try them after frustration with our previous supplier. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.

CAWe absolutely love the turn out of our… We absolutely love the turn out of our custom boxes! I was a bit nervous to create my own custom box but Alexander was extremely helpful the entire project. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the idea of a custom piece, don’t be! This company basically holds your hand and gets the job done with great quality to boot! We have ordered twice now and we look forward to many more projects to come!
