Great customer service and very responsive. I know nothing about designing boxes and jumped right into it and Xander was able to guide me to what I was looking for. I was pretty picky about the details I wanted and he was able to make changes and send back multiple drafts in a day. When I need more I'll be coming back here. First class box printers! My experience with Ideal Custom Boxes was really very positive. Xander was extremely professional, very fast to reply on emails, extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I can certainly recommend them for any printing requirements. 2 orders placed: so far so good! We've placed 2 orders so far with Ideal Custom Boxes. We decided to try them after frustration with our previous supplier. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.
