Andy works diligently and efficiently for us and we can definitely tell. We had used random other companies until we were introduced to Andy at Ideal Custom Boxes. Andy is seriously one of the best to work with! Anything we need, they can not only make for us, but they'll have a quote by the end of the day for us. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.

Just got my first order from these… Just got my first order from these guys. Pure perfection. From quote to shipping everything was immaculate. Alexander (Xander) is awesome. Great customer service and very responsive. I know nothing about designing boxes and jumped right into it and Xander was able to guide me to what I was looking for. I was pretty picky about the details I wanted and he was able to make changes and send back multiple drafts in a day. When I need more I'll be coming back here.
