2 orders placed: so far so good! We've placed 2 orders so far with Ideal Custom Boxes. We decided to try them after frustration with our previous supplier. We appreciate their communication - Andy Craig is quick to respond and to answer questions and concerns. Jon Ford also responds and provides proofs quickly. The lead time is longer than advertised: the turnaround time we've experienced has been between 20 and 27 days rather than the 13 advertised, so plan accordingly. The print quality they've provided so far has been excellent. We are happy to recommend them and plan to work with them again.

We absolutely love the turn out of our… We absolutely love the turn out of our custom boxes! I was a bit nervous to create my own custom box but Alexander was extremely helpful the entire project. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the idea of a custom piece, don’t be! This company basically holds your hand and gets the job done with great quality to boot!
