Another flawless move. Another flawless, painless move, which included a last minute additional stop. Great movers who work quickly, efficiently (watch one of them wrap a couch in plastic) and hassle free. Would be hard pressed to use another moving company. Worst moving experience Worst moving experience . I used Flatrate for moving and storing my furniture until my new house was completed. I paid for ‘premium storage’ at its Newark location. 18 month later and 10,000 dollars in storage fees alone, my furniture was delivered. All the furniture was damaged, light fixtures broken and rugs ripped and molded. Driver stated that was the condition it was in when pick up at its Bronx facility. Damages exceeded 40,000 dollars. Flatrate sent me a check for 700 dollars in total compensation.
