CASTAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS Emailed the company to cancel my subscription cause the app didn't work for me. They responded and then still continued to charge my card 2 weeks later. When I emailed them to give me my money back they refused and said that it was my fault and they didn't have to cause they never violated our agreement!? They charged me over 60$ and then told me to go screw myself stay far away from these scam artists! Do not give them your payment information!

GBBE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

The customer doesn't talk nor is he or she concerned with who the owner or CEO may be. Adelina, is the epitome of the best frontline employee a company could ever hope for.
