Besides the basic load board info (loads, brokers, rates), you get the best personalized customer service. And it's real, like the rep gives you that feeling that he/she does care about you, your business, and its success. The app is relatively easy, and its made easier by a real live demo with a rep walking you through the entire app. It's the only one I use now.

She took into consideration that our authority was new and extended our billing date past our due date giving us the chance to book loads with companies that need 90 days or more authority.
