After recently trying 123 Load board, I can say that there is much more detailed information on the loads, less canceled loads, and it is more organized, and can notify you based on load preferences. This all helps you to be more proficient in your business. Also, I thought having DAT and this load board might be redundant with the same loads. But I found loads on here that wasn’t on DAT. Aaliyah was down to earth, very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. She helped me to make the decisions to subscribe.

Superb - the value is worth more than cost! Of all the apps out there, it can be said, "you get what you pay for." Except 123LoadBoard, you get MORE than what you pay for! Besides the basic load board info (loads, brokers, rates), you get the best personalized customer service. And it's real, like the rep gives you that feeling that he/she does care about you, your business, and its success. The app is relatively easy, and its made easier by a real live demo with a rep walking you through the entire app. It's the only one I use now.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS Emailed the company to cancel my subscription cause the app didn't work for me. They responded and then still continued to charge my card 2 weeks later. When I emailed them to give me my money back they refused and said that it was my fault and they didn't have to cause they never violated our agreement!? They charged me over 60$ and then told me to go screw myself stay far away from these scam artists! Do not give them your payment information!

BE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!
