She was customer focused, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, etc. She answered all of my questions, offered to demonstrate, and went "above and beyond" to ensure I understood the process.

My truck is too small Each time I call they tell me they will send refund requests But never I get my refund, why I am paying for something I couldn't even use this don't make any sense.
