The Best Customer Service Chantel Da Cunha gave the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. She definitely helped me in every area and sum. I can’t wait to work with this company. I started the trial, but I’m definitely gonna continue to use this service. I surely will be recommending 123Loadboard to all the drivers I know.

These companies is terrible They charge… These companies is terrible They charge me $79 while I was trying their free trial I called them many time for refund because I cant find load that fit my truck. My truck is too small Each time I call they tell me they will send refund requests But never I get my refund, why I am paying for something I couldn't even use this don't make any sense. I am surprised of so many good reviews these people received

The customer doesn't talk nor is he or she concerned with who the owner or CEO may be. Adelina, is the epitome of the best frontline employee a company could ever hope for. Patient, professional, knowledgable, with personality and humor. What more could a customer hope for.

BE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

Im a new user to this load and it is… Im a new user to this load and it is one of the best load boards. It has exceptional features that are very useful. A major plus to be able upload documents directly from board. Agent Chantel was amazing with navigating me through board. Would definitely recommend using 123 load board.
