Awesome platform and customer service experience with Aaliyah Awesome platform, app and customer support experience with Aaliyah! I’ve been using DAT for the past few years. After recently trying 123 Load board, I can say that there is much more detailed information on the loads, less canceled loads, and it is more organized, and can notify you based on load preferences. This all helps you to be more proficient in your business. Also, I thought having DAT and this load board might be redundant with the same loads. But I found loads on here that wasn’t on DAT. Aaliyah was down to earth, very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. She helped me to make the decisions to subscribe.

BE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

Phenomenal Support staff at 123 Loadboard The Support staff at 123 Loadboard are phenomenal. I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Nika Solovjova today. She was customer focused, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, etc. She answered all of my questions, offered to demonstrate, and went "above and beyond" to ensure I understood the process.

Customer Service Will Always Retain Me I personally haven’t had a great deal of experience with using the app but can def attest to the customer service, which is excellent. I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business.
