I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business. Im a new user to this load and it is… Im a new user to this load and it is one of the best load boards. It has exceptional features that are very useful. A major plus to be able upload documents directly from board. Agent Chantel was amazing with navigating me through board. Would definitely recommend using 123 load board.

Superb - the value is worth more than cost! Of all the apps out there, it can be said, "you get what you pay for." Except 123LoadBoard, you get MORE than what you pay for! Besides the basic load board info (loads, brokers, rates), you get the best personalized customer service. And it's real, like the rep gives you that feeling that he/she does care about you, your business, and its success. The app is relatively easy, and its made easier by a real live demo with a rep walking you through the entire app. It's the only one I use now.

After recently trying 123 Load board, I can say that there is much more detailed information on the loads, less canceled loads, and it is more organized, and can notify you based on load preferences. This all helps you to be more proficient in your business. Also, I thought having DAT and this load board might be redundant with the same loads. But I found loads on here that wasn’t on DAT. Aaliyah was down to earth, very helpful, a pleasure to talk to. She helped me to make the decisions to subscribe.
