These companies is terrible They charge… These companies is terrible They charge me $79 while I was trying their free trial I called them many time for refund because I cant find load that fit my truck. My truck is too small Each time I call they tell me they will send refund requests But never I get my refund, why I am paying for something I couldn't even use this don't make any sense. I am surprised of so many good reviews these people received

Im a new user to this load and it is… Im a new user to this load and it is one of the best load boards. It has exceptional features that are very useful. A major plus to be able upload documents directly from board. Agent Chantel was amazing with navigating me through board. Would definitely recommend using 123 load board.

BE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

Best Call New to 123Loadboard I didn’t know many things until I talked to Adelina she was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, great customer service. Thanks to her now I know how to work around the app. A++++

She was customer focused, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, etc. She answered all of my questions, offered to demonstrate, and went "above and beyond" to ensure I understood the process.
