Customer Service Will Always Retain Me I personally haven’t had a great deal of experience with using the app but can def attest to the customer service, which is excellent. I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business. I found this new load board and have… I found this new load board and have been giving it a try out. It’s easy to use and booking loads is straightforward. The customer service so far has been top notch and they are more than accommodating with new customers. Most of the loads are US based but they are expanding their base to provide more opportunities for us Canadian Truckers using the spot market. Definitely would recommend
