The customer doesn't talk nor is he or she concerned with who the owner or CEO may be. Adelina, is the epitome of the best frontline employee a company could ever hope for. BE VERY CAREFUL Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!
