I have dibbled with the directory where I (dispatcher) can view a list of carriers per state that Al have registered with 123Loadboard. That is a great feature when trying to grow your business. My carrier has a new authority and it… My carrier has a new authority and it is hard for him to book loads. I called in to unsubscribe and Sarah took great care of me. She took into consideration that our authority was new and extended our billing date past our due date giving us the chance to book loads with companies that need 90 days or more authority. She also sent me a list of brokers that take new authorities best experience today I've had so far thank you Sarah
