Moldy smelling building, spiders everywhere, great office staff, expensive The building always smelled moldy which, of course, made all of my belongings smell moldy, spiders were everywhere and the price was too high for what I was getting.. They went from $126 to $142 to $161 in a very short time.. I have another storage at Money Saver in Lacey which is the same size and it is $145 a month, doesn't smell, with no spiders. The only good thing I can say about this storage is the people in the office were very courteous and helpful..

The best storage facility you can find I had actually rented another storage space in a hurry but didn't feel good about it. Someone recommended Eastside Storage and I went to take a look. It was a different as night and day. I cancelled the other contract, losing a month's rent but it was worth it. Eastside is so clean, no need to worry about spiders or damp, it is actually heated to a reasonable temperature. They have flatbed carts at the door for your use which makes everything so easy. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

Storage Unit Very Damp I've had this storage unit for two months now, and recently went inside my unit and everything is damp. Not just slightly damp, but to the point where I'll have to pull everything out because it'll be ruined if it's left there much longer. The lady working in the office told me to just put a bag of charcoal in the unit.. not acceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

five stars for storage partners, NO STARS for Seattle Vault. First, Storage Partners has been great. They straightened out a problem I had paying online quickly and courtiously. Seattle Vault has abysmal customer service. I phoned and spoke with Richie three times, trying to straighten out the online payment problem. He was rude, complained that he wouldn't wave the late fee even though I called within the grace period to pay by phone. I will always pay online with storage partners from now on. Also, rusty water from an overhead leaking pipe above my basement unit soiled my boxes and some furniture. They did finally give me two months discount for that problem. When I first moved in, they had given away a 5x10 unit on an upper floor that I reserved, and stuck me in the basement.

friendly, easy and convenient Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of push carts so once you get there it super easy to get your stuff to the locker. Usually pretty quiet but if its full have always been able to find a place to park in the alley off to the side and get my stuff moved easily enough (again the pushcarts! :) )
