I love how easy it was to customize my care package and the tracking number helped as well to ensure she received her package! excellent customer service My experience with package penguin had some difficulties but because of the way the handled themselves I still am giving them 5 stars. I ordered a package for a friend and paid for the shipping to get it there at a certain date. However, after 7 days passed that date it still had not arrived. I called customer service and they immediately looked into it and helped me. Even though it seemed like a problem with the postal service and not them they took full responsibility and gave me a complete refund. They were so helpful and even though my experience wasn’t what I had wanted, I will definitely be using them again.

The shipping experience is absolutely… The shipping experience is absolutely terrible! It was suppose to be delivered on Friday the 11th FedEx hasn’t been able to deliver and keeps sending to the wrong address. Waiting to see if they will actually hold it at the store I requested. There’s no reason I should have to pay $15 for the cheapest shipping and it still be terrible.

Great as a reward for remote teams! I just used Package Penguin to send my all-remote team a big box of their favorite snacks. This company has great customer service -- Paul told me when I would need to get my order in by for us all to get our package by the same date, and I got tracking numbers to ensure that everyone's package would arrive in time. I even got tissues that matched our company colors. It worked exactly like it claims. Package Penguin is easy to work with and has a great selection of products at a fair price. I highly recommend.
