It was suppose to be delivered on Friday the 11th FedEx hasn’t been able to deliver and keeps sending to the wrong address. Waiting to see if they will actually hold it at the store I requested. There’s no reason I should have to pay $15 for the cheapest shipping and it still be terrible.

Great service! I made an error in my delivery address, and was very worried that I would not fix the mistake in time because their emergency phone hours were over for the day. I emailed them instead as a last resort, and a wonderful customer service agent, Paul, fixed it within the hour! It helped a lot!
