The shipping experience is absolutely… The shipping experience is absolutely terrible! It was suppose to be delivered on Friday the 11th FedEx hasn’t been able to deliver and keeps sending to the wrong address. Waiting to see if they will actually hold it at the store I requested. There’s no reason I should have to pay $15 for the cheapest shipping and it still be terrible.

My son loves to get his packages from… My son loves to get his packages from Package Penguin because he knows they will have everything he loves in them! I really never bought him packages before because I knew a lot of it would go unused, but not now. Plus, they have always arrived exactly when I scheduled them, with no hassle! Great company!

Great ideal creating your own care… Great ideal creating your own care package. It guarantees the recipient gets what they like. I wish items were more readily available. I am limited by what and how much I buy because of availability of products. Stock is always low or out. I will order again.

excellent customer service My experience with package penguin had some difficulties but because of the way the handled themselves I still am giving them 5 stars. I ordered a package for a friend and paid for the shipping to get it there at a certain date. However, after 7 days passed that date it still had not arrived. I called customer service and they immediately looked into it and helped me. Even though it seemed like a problem with the postal service and not them they took full responsibility and gave me a complete refund. They were so helpful and even though my experience wasn’t what I had wanted, I will definitely be using them again.

My daughter was very please with her… My daughter was very pleased with her final exam care package! Her college’s colors represented with the tissue paper was a great touch! I have a suggestion, though....it’d be great if you could decorate the notes a little. Some hearts or smileys would be cool. Thanks for the service you provide!
