Great Deal and Great Selection This care package was great! I sent one to my significant other to cheer him up during the COVID-19 outbreak and he loved it. The selection was good and the presentation was nice. The cost was cheaper than a lot of other gift basket/care package options I found and I was able to choose the snacks I knew he would like, making it even better. Definitely a great option!

excellent customer service My experience with package penguin had some difficulties but because of the way the handled themselves I still am giving them 5 stars. I ordered a package for a friend and paid for the shipping to get it there at a certain date. However, after 7 days passed that date it still had not arrived. I called customer service and they immediately looked into it and helped me. Even though it seemed like a problem with the postal service and not them they took full responsibility and gave me a complete refund. They were so helpful and even though my experience wasn’t what I had wanted, I will definitely be using them again.

Will Use Again! Will Use Again! My sister wanted a care package while away at school. I found most of her favorite products online but please restock the sold out items quickly! I love how easy it was to customize my care package and the tracking number helped as well to ensure she received her package! Pick the Penguin! Getting to make the care package is such a fun experience. I even got to pick out the tissue paper. The note to the recipient was on a cute card and in an envelope. My boyfriend loved receiving it! 💕 not only was it priced fairly but the shipping time was spot on. Much better than any competing company.
