I shipped a box last October and FedEx lost the box, when I filled a claim FedEx told me that the site which I used for issuing the shipping label should file the claim, I tried to reach them “shipixy” many times but no body answered ! And I lost the box and the reimbursement

OMShipixy staff they respond to you… Shipixy staff they respond to you quickly and try to help you the most, I was having problem in shipyourcart website to ship 3 parcels, they arrange and call them even though they dont have too! They done this just help me out, thats very nice and kind of them, I respect that Thank you

BGThe order was placed and delivered fast The order was placed and delivered fast and according to plan. I give only one star less because some steps from the process of placing an order were a bit difficult to understand at first - like the way I should write the phone number, then which delivery option to choose. There was one for 0.00USD which was weird. Other than that, a great service!
