Ivon and Juan are first-rate managers… Ivon and Juan are first-rate managers (and people). They are exceptionally organized, helpful, professional, smart and thorough. They are a great asset for the E-Z Storage in Ellicott City...also, this is my first experience with E-Z Storage - love the business model, with clean, well-lit, safe, climate-controlled, secure and easy access (and plenty of carts, all in good condition!).

Candi does a great job with her… Candi does a great job with her customer service and the place is kept very clean. As a result I am a repeat customer. This is my third time using ezstorage Chantilly. I would recommend to all my friends. You are lucky to have such a wonderful employee in Candi, she makes the place.

I have had my things with EZ storage… I have had my things with EZ storage for over 2 years. They are nice enough when you sign up. From that moment on every question or concern will result in a "sorry, there's nothing we can do". An error turned ino a $170 fee on an $85 p/mo unit. Believe me, I will never use or recommend ezStorage again.

I just started renting a storage spot… I just started renting a storage spot from ezStorage this past Saturday. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Plenty of carts to put your items on and four huge elevators (2 on each side of the building). Customer service was excellent. The man at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name) was very patient when I asked questions and was kind, courteous throughout the storage unit tour. I would definitely recommend this place!

New location = excellent deals Hosts (yes, a couple lives on the property) are completely tuned into your needs. The place is spotless, they actually wave and say hello, and they have complete understanding of how the rental contract works. I left CubeSmart and am very happy less than one week into the contract. Intro rates are being offered. Suggest you lock in if you're thinking of renting a unit.
