I just started renting a storage spot… I just started renting a storage spot from ezStorage this past Saturday.The facility is clean and very well maintained. Plenty of carts to put your items on and four huge elevators (2 on each side of the building). Customer service was excellent. The man at the front desk (I wish I remembered his name) was very patient when I asked questions and was kind, courteous throughout the storage unit tour. I would definitely recommend this place!

I had a great Customer service… I had a great Customer service experience on Saturday September 14, 2019. Ms Bell was amazing. She had a great attitude. Made me feel great about choosing this place. I'm truly glad i did.

Moth Infested Absolutely do not store your things here! There's a horrendous moth problem (they say it's contained to the 2nd floor, but I can't confirm). I've been having to throw many of my things away because they are covered with hundreds of moths. It took weeks for them to start treating the problem and they still haven't solved it yet. I contacted the corporate office and, given the situation (being a pest infestation), they offered no help and pretty much said: too bad not our problem.

New location = excellent deals Hosts (yes, a couple lives on the property) are completely tuned into your needs. The place is spotless, they actually wave and say hello, and they have complete understanding of how the rental contract works. I left CubeSmart and am very happy less than one week into the contract. Intro rates are being offered. Suggest you lock in if you're thinking of renting a unit.

I've used ez storage several times… I've used ez storage several times before. This was my 1st time at this location. Chris was AWESOME. He is so professional with great attention to detail. The staff, in general, are very friendly. Just hope this facility is as clean as it looks. I've seen a bug crawling in the hallway. I've never had an issue and don't want to start now.
