Professional and supportive I was looking for a 3PL and found Atomix. The team was very supportive and professional. I had a lot of questions when starting and the team was patient and provided me answers I needed. The onboarding process was smooth and the interface is awesome! They are very transparent about the fees. I think they're doing a great business.

They are organized, approachable, and flexible. They have great response times to requests, and are open to special requests. They have helped me with many special requests, and that is why I am grateful to them. They are always accommodating and listening to my needs. I appreciated that Austin the owner, was interested to fully understand my business so they could provide my business with a customized fulfillment solution. I am a small but growing business, and Atomix Logistics has the infrastructure in place to “scale up, ” when the time comes. Overall an effective system designed to help you as you scale Atomix Logistics has in place a very effective system - inventory, packaging, fulfilment. With Slack channels for quick communication and a seamless connection between the online inventory system (their new app is about to be launched) and my Shopify store, it has been a pleasure working with their team.
