We just started up service with them just in time for the Black Friday rush and while we have a few wrinkles to work out they have good systems in place and very good support. Communication is constant with our Micro Pod team. Having a dedicated team works really well so you are always working with the same core group and not having to re-educate new people about your specific needs for your products or issues that need to be fixed. At this point we would definitely recommend Atomix if you are looking to scale your ecommerce fulfillment.

Professional and supportive I was looking for a 3PL and found Atomix. The team was very supportive and professional. I had a lot of questions when starting and the team was patient and provided me answers I needed. The onboarding process was smooth and the interface is awesome!
