We just started up service with them just in time for the Black Friday rush and while we have a few wrinkles to work out they have good systems in place and very good support. Communication is constant with our Micro Pod team. Having a dedicated team works really well so you are always working with the same core group and not having to re-educate new people about your specific needs for your products or issues that need to be fixed. At this point we would definitely recommend Atomix if you are looking to scale your ecommerce fulfillment.

With Slack channels for quick communication and a seamless connection between the online inventory system (their new app is about to be launched) and my Shopify store, it has been a pleasure working with their team.
