They are organized, approachable, and flexible. They have great response times to requests, and are open to special requests. They have helped me with many special requests, and that is why I am grateful to them. They are always accommodating and listening to my needs. I appreciated that Austin the owner, was interested to fully understand my business so they could provide my business with a customized fulfillment solution. I am a small but growing business, and Atomix Logistics has the infrastructure in place to “scale up, ” when the time comes. What I like the most, unlike other fulfillment centers I have tried, is that they were very patient in trying to sort and organize my fulfillment needs, as the online world changes rapidly.
