Roach problem While the staff is usually very nice, I do have to say that the storage facility is filled with cockroaches. I've been renting a unit since last fall and within a few days my locker and my belongings were covered with roaches. I looked through my contract and it says that they don't cover any damages caused by bugs. Though, with as many as I saw just walking through the facility, you'd think they would at least have exterminators do a sweep every few weeks.

Helpful, friendly service, The best. I have used the Fox Chapel Guardian Storage on two different occasions. Once when I was preparing to move from my home and wanted to store items I wanted to keep safe. The other occasion when I had to store a family member's household items. I made the arrangements and Guardian Storage saw that the movers had access to the locker and secured the belongings. I will always be grateful for their help, knowledge and friendship.

Top notch customer service!! I was selling my home abroad and wanted to store my furniture in Colorado. Alberto was SO amaaaaaazing in helping me find the storage I needed and facilitating the move itself. He was absolutely fantastic making this transition as smooth as possible and getting our things moved in. Thank you!!!

Total rip off Total rip off. The size of the locker was misrepresented on their website. Once we arrived and realized this, they tried to upsell to a larger unit that was twice the amount. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Other Options Guardian has raised their rent multiple times in the past 5 years... now costing more than most other storage facilities in the area. In the winter, the place is ridiculously cold inside so it's a must to remember this if you are storing anything that could be damaged, like snowglobes or other things filled with any liquids. Have been recently considering moving out of their facility and into a cheaper one close by. a number of them have great reviews.
