Excellent Facility and Management! The Cranberry Twp. location is convenient to I79 (just minutes from the Warrendale exit), clean, and well taken care of. I haven't had any issues or concerns with keeping my summer cars stored there in their climate controlled units over the winter months. Both Suzanne & Deb are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that the rental experience is smooth and trouble free. In short, I have been very happy there and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and clients.

Guardian Storage Their rates were significantly better than storage units that are outside. They had a covered unloading area which proved to be very necessary due to all the rain we were having during our move, and carts to help haul our stuff up to our storage unit. The place was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to store household goods.

Great place for storage & excellent service! The Guardian storage facility in Washington, PA, offers climate controlled units which meet my needs perfectly. If you have any fine wood furniture, you sure don't want to store it where temperatures and humidity vary drastically, as they do outdoors! The folks in the office are very friendly and helpful. They are always responsive and show concern for any concerns I might have. The security provided is very reassuring, too.

1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

Roach problem While the staff is usually very nice, I do have to say that the storage facility is filled with cockroaches. I've been renting a unit since last fall and within a few days my locker and my belongings were covered with roaches. I looked through my contract and it says that they don't cover any damages caused by bugs. Though, with as many as I saw just walking through the facility, you'd think they would at least have exterminators do a sweep every few weeks.
