Guardian Storage *Top Notch Facility* You want to be absolutely assured your belongings are stored SAFE; in a CLEAN facility with reasonable monthly rates; Guardian Storage is your best bet! We have found this out the hard way. A few years ago we had to use a storage facility---needless to say some of our items were found with mouse droppings. We had to throw out mattresses, etc... Excellent Facility and Management! The Cranberry Twp. location is convenient to I79 (just minutes from the Warrendale exit), clean, and well taken care of. I haven't had any issues or concerns with keeping my summer cars stored there in their climate controlled units over the winter months. Both Suzanne & Deb are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that the rental experience is smooth and trouble free. In short, I have been very happy there and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and clients.

1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

Helpful, friendly service, The best. I have used the Fox Chapel Guardian Storage on two different occasions. Once when I was preparing to move from my home and wanted to store items I wanted to keep safe. The other occasion when I had to store a family member's household items. I made the arrangements and Guardian Storage saw that the movers had access to the locker and secured the belongings. I will always be grateful for their help, knowledge and friendship.

Roach problem While the staff is usually very nice, I do have to say that the storage facility is filled with cockroaches. I've been renting a unit since last fall and within a few days my locker and my belongings were covered with roaches. I looked through my contract and it says that they don't cover any damages caused by bugs. Though, with as many as I saw just walking through the facility, you'd think they would at least have exterminators do a sweep every few weeks.
