Watch your back MAKE sure you read your contact .They are not exactly forthright in explaining the rules pro-rating the months ,they pro-rate going in but not going out it cost us a couple extra $ hundred !

Very disapointed I thought I would be needing a storage unit for my daughter. I went to the fox chapel location in pittsburgh. I purchased a unit to be used the next day. 198.00 plus I also purchased packaging material locks ect. The following day I found out I would not be needing it. And I called to cancel. I could not recieve a refund. I think that is horrible business non professional and would never recommend your company I paid for a storage unit that was never used Kimberly Kight

Guardian Storage *Top Notch Facility* You want to be absolutely assured your belongings are stored SAFE; in a CLEAN facility with reasonable monthly rates; Guardian Storage is your best bet! We have found this out the hard way. A few years ago we had to use a storage facility---needless to say some of our items were found with mouse droppings. We had to throw out mattresses, etc... So if you want the best-------USE GUARDIAN STORAGE.

1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

Guardian Storage Their rates were significantly better than storage units that are outside. They had a covered unloading area which proved to be very necessary due to all the rain we were having during our move, and carts to help haul our stuff up to our storage unit. The place was spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place to store household goods.
