Horrible Communication- do not use The lack of communication within this company made for an extremely stressful move. I was given a 3-day pick up window (wanted to charge $150 to let us know the day) and was told I would get a call the afternoon before they came. I called the day before my 3-day window for an update, was told the movers would call the day before so of they didn't call that afternoon then they wouldn't be there the following day. Didn't get a call until the following morning that they would be there in an hour!! We had to do a mad dash to finish packing our kitchenwares and it was a total mess. Now I have to hope for the best that I get communication for drop off in time to reserve the loading dock or it will be another $600 for shuttling our stuff. Absolute trash communication and would recommend going elsewhere.

Monster Moving and Storage Review Monster Movers did a move for my sister and mom up to Marlborough MA from the Orlando area. The crew arrived in Florida promptly and did a great job packing and getting the furniture ready to be moved. Both crews did a phenomenal job overall and were very polite. They were responsive and allowed my mom to rearrange her furniture at the delivery. The price was good and about $100 less than the estimate.

The movers themselves were amazing an packed everything perfectly. The office was very communitive and really went above and beyond for us putting up with our date changes and going back and forth to storage when our furniture wouldn't fit into the new house. And best of all the move was affordable and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg.
