I had a great local move in the Boston… I had a great local move in the Boston area with Monster Movers. First of all customers should realize the website is actually owned by Movers Near Me which was confusing but they bought the website. The moving crew was super. We had a really tough house with lots of stairs and a long walk to their truck. The two guys that showed up were the nicest people - my husband even tipped them $200 each because they were so awesome! The estimate process was easy and right on the nose. This is definitely the best moving co to use in Boston

Long Distance Move NY-Florida DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I do not have one positive thing to say about this company. I chose the company because of positive reviews, their responsiveness in bidding for the job. It was a horrible decision. They not only did not show up on the scheduled moving day but showed up on 6/20/21, Father's Day. The outsourced truck drivers they hired from Texas told me they were "leaving straight from my home in NYC heading to Boston to load my items on a larger truck and head to Florida"! This was a complete lie! The first date selected for delivery in Florida was 6/21/21. It is now early August and my furniture is in a "warehouse in New Jersey" with no estimated day/time for delivery! I've paid this company almost $5000 and they are holding my items hostage in New Jersey? I've been calling, emailing, asking to speak to someone "more senior" than a telephone rep with babies crying in the background and, they route my call to another telephone rep or hang up on me! When will my High End Furniture/Home Goods be delivered? I flew to Florida for the delivery the first week of July and, No Delivery. The company is in breach of contract on August 9th. This company is unprofessional, poorly managed, deceitful, has poorly trained staff and should not be dealing with the public. Where is the owner of this company and why are they not involved in the situation? I am beginning to believe this is a "scam"? If this happened to me it has happened to others. The Attorney General in Illinois should be investigating this company!

Florida to Boston move in the 108… Florida to Boston move in the 108 degree temps at both the load and offload made for 2 horrid days of moving but the movers and driver were amazing and office staff was attentive to our needs A+

Monster Movers Reviews Our family had a super complicated move and the office at Monster Movers is hands down the best in Massachusetts. First, the people who answer the phones are super friendly and informative. All of the other companies reminded me of online dating. As soon as I told them I wasn't interested they jumped all over me telling me I was a horrible person "wasting their time" then they called me every day even though I told them to stop. Monster Movers packed all of our furniture, stored it for 3 months while we finished our house, and delivered. The move was flawless. We were initially worried because it took longer but they had climate storage and the furniture was protected properly. The only issue were 2 smooshed boxes that my husband packed but supposedly he was not supposed to leave air in the boxes so not sure who's fault that really is.
