Terrible Company Stay Away! These cowboys are an awful excuse for a company. Constantly providing the wrong information regarding what parcel was sent where. They sent a parcel out on a label that was already cancelled and cost me over $150. As you can see from there very poor response they don't actually have a clue what is going on.

Excellent service for special items unavailable in Australia I was a little nervous because I was unsure of shipping costs from usgobuy to Australia. The package came in heavier than I expected. I chose the cheapest option with fedex and was pleasantly surprised when they refunded me US$149 because it had come in cheaper than estimated once it was lodged for delivery. It was sent within 24 hours of payment. They repackaged my items very well with air filled cushions and a cardboard divider between the motorcycle bags. Box was secured well with lots of tape. No complaints.

Do not trust USGoBuy services! Dears, be careful with this company! They will act without your consent or even consulting you about any of your ordered online items' original packaging. To be more specific: I was recently a victim of their misbehaviour! I ordered an eBay (fragile) item and asked the original eBay seller to reinforce the cushion protection in the item's original package, to cope with the long trip from the US to Europe. Needless to say, that such an item arrived to my hands shattered. I confronted USGoBuy with the pictures that were presenting such soundproof of what I was claiming. All due to the unfortunate and unilateral decision of USGoBuy to strip such an item from its original and reinforced (well cushioned) packaging whilst turning it into a lighter one, hence, unprotecting the fragile object inside. Long story short: I asked them to feel accountable for such a misfortune, and all they did was to hardly try "compensating" me with a ridiculous amount inherent to the transportation insurance, which (of course!) it's a tiny little portion of the entire expenditure (eBay item costs plus USGoBuy Shipping costs). P.S.: The $11.00 in coupons do not end up on my bank account!!!
