Scammers Scammers Expired my three packages prematurely 14 hours ahead of actual deadline and charged me 60 $ for extension though I just wanted to extend for a day to submit shipment, then again expired my one package two days earlier and charging me 60$ for that too WOW that's how this scam company run by Chinese is working Please beware of these Frauds ❌❌, go to better options likes myus.com etc , USGOBUY is a Fraudulent Company.

Good and efficient service There are some items that are difficult to source in some countries. Most of these are available in the US - Quality wise quite good. Initially these were not shipped directly from sites like Amazon or sometimes too expensive when items were shipped alone. This is where services like USGOBUY play an important role. I have tried other options but found USGOBUY services more efficient. its nearly 5 years now that i have been using USGOBUY and they have been efficient. The customer care is knowledgeable and response is quick.

Terrible Company Stay Away! These cowboys are an awful excuse for a company. Constantly providing the wrong information regarding what parcel was sent where. They sent a parcel out on a label that was already cancelled and cost me over $150. As you can see from there very poor response they don't actually have a clue what is going on.

By far the best of the Mail Forwarding companies, at the lowest price. I did a tremendous amount of research on different mail forwarders and USgobuy is definitely the best option. They had the cheapest shipping rates of every company I looked at, plus they charge no membership fees. A lot of important services that other mail forwarders charge for, such as holding on to your package for 30 days, or combing multiple packages, Usgobuy does for free. I've used them several times with no issues, and they have excellent customer service as well. Something I really didn't expect from such a low-cost service!

Super impressed with their service. I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.
