Hahaha - taste the BS Hahaha, when the reviews posted here comes with a paid review and or 5% discount for a 5* rating, then you can taste the BS. UsGoBuy may be efficient, and repackage well and blah-blah-blah.... After three years,I can report that they are extremely expensive. Not only do they score on repacking and incentives from UPS and the others, they then charge you in excess or equal to the maximum UPS rates. I had on three occasions had to abandon packages!!! Everytime, their forwarding costs, were 100-150% higher than the packages' original purchase price plus the cost shipping it to USGOBUY in the first place. Do not be fooled - sometimes you can't get around their monopoly that some won't send out of the US, but when you need them, it will cost you dearly. Also help me explain their current 4½* rating...51% paid views gave 5*s. 31% rated them 1* How is it mathematically possible to reflect 4½* rating with 49% of people rated less and 31% rated only 1* !!! Taste the BS. At the bottom, each 5star giver, must confirm that they were not incentivised to give a good review....thus by mere deduction, given that we are offered 5% discount, that all the 5star raters are potentially pathological liers. Will see if my post is kept or hidden or deleted...

Use USGoBuy withoout a doubt I have been using USGoBuy for over 1 years for shipping from US to India. update Packages on your account is super fast they update your incoming packages within one day. Live chat support is excellent. also consolidating package and shipping also super fast just withing day.But shipping price for DHL and FedEx is slightly high as compare to other service provider, hope they work to reduce shipping price but there service is one of the best as compare to other service provider.

Super impressed with their service. I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.

I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages… I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages through USGobuy. I tried two other reshippers but switched to USGoBuy many years ago. They have been very good to deal with. They are the best I have dealt with. I strongly suspect the negative reviews here are mostly competitors trying to hurt USGoBuy, although misunderstandings can certainly happen when it comes to international shipping. Don't blame them for what the USPS or your local Customs does. And if you lie about value to reduce Customs, don't expect them to reimburse you for actual value if a package goes missing in transit.

The staff are amazing and they always respond with the needed information. This is pretty much the easiest way i ever used to ship everything i need from the US and will probably never change.
