Iffy service Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.

The staff are amazing and they always respond with the needed information. This is pretty much the easiest way i ever used to ship everything i need from the US and will probably never change.

Satisfied Been using USGOBUY for over a year and so far, I got no complaint! I do dislike the idea of paying money upfront first for parcel and then getting refund after consolidation because of exchange rate fluctuation but that is a minor thing. Overall, I am happy!

Cheap and fast. Cheap and fast. I needed to ship a small hard to get item from US to Canada however when comparing all other forwarders, they often charged 2-3x more. UsGoBuy had the cheapest rate including tracking and there was zero issue with my order. Everything was handled (received, repacked and shipped) in just a few days and it was during the pandemic as well.

Scammers Scammers Expired my three packages prematurely 14 hours ahead of actual deadline and charged me 60 $ for extension though I just wanted to extend for a day to submit shipment, then again expired my one package two days earlier and charging me 60$ for that too WOW that's how this scam company run by Chinese is working Please beware of these Frauds ❌❌, go to better options likes myus.com etc , USGOBUY is a Fraudulent Company.
