Excellent service for special items unavailable in Australia I was a little nervous because I was unsure of shipping costs from usgobuy to Australia. The package came in heavier than I expected. I chose the cheapest option with fedex and was pleasantly surprised when they refunded me US$149 because it had come in cheaper than estimated once it was lodged for delivery. It was sent within 24 hours of payment. They repackaged my items very well with air filled cushions and a cardboard divider between the motorcycle bags. Box was secured well with lots of tape. No complaints.

Super impressed with their service. I have used USGoBuy twice so far and I live in Malaysia. What I am most impressed is two things: 1) that they really tried and fit all my packages into one box without wasting any unnecessary space. 2) after my shipment is received, if there are any refund due to lesser custom tax, for example, UsGoBuy will automatically refund me. The refund can be cashed out or keep in their USGoBuy wallet - my choice. Highly recommended.

The staff are amazing and they always respond with the needed information. This is pretty much the easiest way i ever used to ship everything i need from the US and will probably never change.

I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages… I have sent hundreds (!!!) of packages through USGobuy. I tried two other reshippers but switched to USGoBuy many years ago. They have been very good to deal with. They are the best I have dealt with. I strongly suspect the negative reviews here are mostly competitors trying to hurt USGoBuy, although misunderstandings can certainly happen when it comes to international shipping. Don't blame them for what the USPS or your local Customs does. And if you lie about value to reduce Customs, don't expect them to reimburse you for actual value if a package goes missing in transit.

Terrible Company Stay Away! These cowboys are an awful excuse for a company. Constantly providing the wrong information regarding what parcel was sent where. They sent a parcel out on a label that was already cancelled and cost me over $150. As you can see from there very poor response they don't actually have a clue what is going on.
