Iffy service Had 3 packages sent by them so far. First 2 was good and packed my items compactly and the shipping was reasonable. Not sure what happened with the 3rd but they used a box that's way too big for my items, padded the dimensions even more and charged me almost twice what it should've cost! Half of the box was foam peanuts! I had to spend time and energy to measure and photograph everything to dispute the charge, and when asked if this is a regular occurrence, I was told to send them a note every time to ask them not to use too many peanuts! So their customers gotta remind them how to do their job right every single time now? Ridiculous! They did give me a full refund so I'll give them another chance but if this happens again I'm looking for another package forwarding company.

Cheap and fast. Cheap and fast. I needed to ship a small hard to get item from US to Canada however when comparing all other forwarders, they often charged 2-3x more. UsGoBuy had the cheapest rate including tracking and there was zero issue with my order.
