I had my first experience of online Shopping with Splice & I was extremely skeptical for online shopping & how this 3rd party will help me with this. As soon as my seller sent my items to them I know how annoyed that would be since I kept asking about procedure though it was already well explained to me but thanks to entire staff including warehouse & shipping & support team that the way they patiently catered each of my concern until my item came home. Don’t know when but for sure Splice Will be my ultimate choice.

They refused to send me back my items after charging an exorbitant shipping fee and when it arrived I discovered through fedex that they chose to have me pay extra for the customs documents. Disgusting experience. They refused to send me my items domestically because they were afraid I was a "scammer ". The irony..
