This is reply to their statements on my previous review. 1) I made five reviews on Trust Pilot, dated back to 3rd Nov 2021. None has had any response from your company. 2) BBB has not refused my report. They said they hit rock bottom trying to communicate with your company. The same experience I have. I have proof of email from BBB stating this, and it appear in the business's BBB Reliability Report. 3) I also have evidence from Jacksonville City Council stating that Splice Packaging phone is can't be contacted, and their letter sent to your address was undelivered. 4) You are not only incompetent in dealing with complaints but also a liar. I did not use stolen cards. They were my cards. They have my name on it and the bank who issuing the card can produce statements for evidence. 5) I have a separate social media account dedicated to dealing with complaints. I'm not a scammer, your company is! 6) I am happy to provide for anyone who wishes to see the record of my attempts to communicate with this scam company that has been ongoing since November 2021, to no avail. To date, I still have not received the refund I requested. 7) Soon I will create a thread on twitter about this fraud and share the link here. I will post all of the historical chat & email with Splice, also statement from the bank, BBB, and Jacksonville City Council. So that everyone will find out who is the liar and twisted the facts.

I never thought that i will be delivering item here in UK but whenever i had to this team has helped with every inch. Its been amazing doing business with them. Great customer service Honestly, my experience with them was good, there was some delay, but when you contact their customer service, especially through live chat, the delay and the problem is solved immediately and not more than 24 hours late. Josh and Austin helped me deliver my shipment to the carrier on the same day I contacted them. It is an excellent customer service, knowing that the date of delivery of my shipment to the carrier was on 10/11/2023, while the adhesive for the shipment was established on 8/11/2023. It is a great job and a great improvement in the work of the company, especially the warehouse in the state of Delaware. Thank you josh and Austin for the help.
