Professional & Efficient Recently, I bought an iPhone XS Max from eBay. I live in Pakistan and was wondering how I can import this to my country. Then I came to know about Splice Packages. I have used Splice Packages quite a few times by now and all I have to say is that their service is simply exceptional. Packages are delivered right on time and their Customer Service is way more than helpful. If you are drooling over something at an American online store or want your product to deliver to anywhere in the world then simply I would just say Splice Packages is enough to help you.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. This company is unethical. They refused to send me back my items after charging an exorbitant shipping fee and when it arrived I discovered through fedex that they chose to have me pay extra for the customs documents. Disgusting experience. They refused to send me my items domestically because they were afraid I was a "scammer ". The irony..

Scam website Scam website. I sent my purchase from ebay to Splice to be shipped to me. Fedex confirmed that they received it but they did not ship to me. At first they did not reply on facebook website or Whatsapp to my enquiries, When I floated on Whatsapp that I wanted to send more stuff I got a response but no information on my package, They posted a message that their warehouse was closed due to Hurricane Emma in July but were posting in August on facebook page encouraging people to send packages to them to ship. They replied to this review blaming Fedex but made no reply to me personally after all my inquiries. Conclusion : SCAM. Avoid.

Great customer service Honestly, my experience with them was good, there was some delay, but when you contact their customer service, especially through live chat, the delay and the problem is solved immediately and not more than 24 hours late. Josh and Austin helped me deliver my shipment to the carrier on the same day I contacted them. It is an excellent customer service, knowing that the date of delivery of my shipment to the carrier was on 10/11/2023, while the adhesive for the shipment was established on 8/11/2023. It is a great job and a great improvement in the work of the company, especially the warehouse in the state of Delaware. Thank you josh and Austin for the help.

SCAM, Don’t Use! SCAM, Fraud! This is a fake business stealing peoples packages. I am in the process of reporting them to Florida police and the BBB. Don’t use this service unless you want to waste your money and time. All of their phone numbers are disconnected, just try to call. Nobody answers the email address or WhatsApp number. I sent a package here and I’ll certainly never see it again.
