We contacted Mr. Harry and David immediately (unlike most other packaging box companies) and they sent over the first structural fit check box within a few days. They provided me with another fit check box for Saturday delivery when I needed to change the design. After we sorted out the fit and the artwork, they gave me a fairly short lead time for production and shipped in promised time . It worked perfectly for me.
