GBI was in urgent need of custom printed… I was in urgent need of custom printed packaging boxes after a lot of shipping drama with an overseas supplier. We contacted Mr. Harry and David immediately (unlike most other packaging box companies) and they sent over the first structural fit check box within a few days. They provided me with another fit check box for Saturday delivery when I needed to change the design. After we sorted out the fit and the artwork, they gave me a fairly short lead time for production and shipped in promised time . It worked perfectly for me. It is a pleasure to work with Harry and David on all my packaging needs.
