Don't honor their online discounts!! I made an appointment over the phone was told the rate and online said 50% off for 2 months. Then he asked my age and said I qualified for another 10% off senior discount. Went to the place in Oceanside for the appointment. He refused to honor the 50% off for 2 months AND said there is no senior discount. He said it was the discretion of the manager. I WALKED OUT!!! WAY to expensive for that part of Oceanside.

Remarkable Remarkable, outstanding and courteous is the office Management. Helpful, kind, friendly and offers solutions. The grounds and unit walkways are superior hands down perfect. And I'm glad there's video surveillance I feel more secure! 10 thumbs up! .

Very Proactive and Helpful I was in desperate need of a storage spot for my travel trailer. When I originally called, this facility was sold out, too. But, unlike other companies, they asked for my number and said they'd reach out if a spot came open -- within a few weeks one did...they worked with me and got me in in no time! The most helpful team I've experienced at a storage facility ever!

Could have gotten a 4 stars but one… Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

Bait and switch The price per month I was quoted was much higher than what I'm actually paying. The woman I spoke to on the phone neglected to tell me insurance was mandatory. I will continue to look for a better option.
