GBDon't honor their online discounts!! I made an appointment over the phone was told the rate and online said 50% off for 2 months. Then he asked my age and said I qualified for another 10% off senior discount. Went to the place in Oceanside for the appointment. He refused to honor the 50% off for 2 months AND said there is no senior discount. He said it was the discretion of the manager. I WALKED OUT!!! WAY to expensive for that part of Oceanside.

GBBait and switch The price per month I was quoted was much higher than what I'm actually paying. The woman I spoke to on the phone neglected to tell me insurance was mandatory. I will continue to look for a better option.

GBCould have gotten a 4 stars but one… Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

GBOnly 3 months ... Only 3 months in and not once have they sent a reminder, sent an email for paid invoice AND raised the fee without notice! This was supposed to be a 12 month special. Therefore I'm filing a complaint with CFPB abd FTC. I have had it with the price fixing, increased unjustified rate fees and no maintenance at storage units!
