She worked with us to solve our storage issues and we are so happy to have found the perfect solution with Lighthouse. As business owners we know how important it is to have quality, professional staff as your public face and she is it! This facility is newly remodeled and clean, bright and secure.

Don't go here They changed ownership and we were suppose to get a 50 dollar discount for referring someone who rented a storage. So we paid the rent for it and now they are trying to say we owe the 50 plus late charges.The storage doesn't accept partial payment but they are saying that is what they received from us. Update, after saying they would take care John f T I got an email saying they are going to put a lien on unit.

The BEST in Whittier!! So… I went to every self storage facility in Whittier, La Habra area. 80% of them I, found to be filthy 99.9% I, found to have horrible customer service. Until I came across Light House Self Storage. I, called the office she answered the phone the first time I called (their competitor answer the phone the second or third time I called) She was patient, she walked me through their Operation hours, Unit locations etc. needless to say I rented here because customer service, location and cleanliness are very important when renting a storage unit. Great job ladies and thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Hands-down the best Self Storage in Whittier.

I am thrilled with this spacious and… I am thrilled with this spacious and easily accessed new storage facility in West Palm Beach. Glad I was able to move in while initial discounts were offered. It's filling up real fast and at their regular rates were considerably less than I was paying at a lless desirable facility! I am a Happy Customer after only 2 weeks!!!

FAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Yes, very decent treatment & proffessional staff! The gentlemen who helped me showed me exactly what size storage I needed. He was fast friendly and helpful. The only problem to watch out for is the cockroach infestation the outdoor storages. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I'm sure that it is common & unavoidable, so we cleaned everything thoroughly with Clorox wipes gloves on upon the closing of my contract. The manager was also fast, friendly & helpful. They offer water, coffee and candies.
