FAST, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Yes, very decent treatment & proffessional staff! The gentlemen who helped me showed me exactly what size storage I needed. He was fast friendly and helpful. The only problem to watch out for is the cockroach infestation the outdoor storages. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I'm sure that it is common & unavoidable, so we cleaned everything thoroughly with Clorox wipes gloves on upon the closing of my contract. The manager was also fast, friendly & helpful. They offer water, coffee and candies.

Remarkable Remarkable, outstanding and courteous is the office Management. Helpful, kind, friendly and offers solutions. The grounds and unit walkways are superior hands down perfect. And I'm glad there's video surveillance I feel more secure! 10 thumbs up! .

Stay away from them!!! Been a customer for over 3 yrs, poor lighting, mainly dead bulbs never replaced, complained several times, nothing ever happened, overworked customer support team, basically one person, doing everything. changes of rate and fees frequently, without warnings, Is my last month, stay away from them. Horrible customer service, and no corporate number to complain about it, I am glad I am out of there BS. Found a better space much cheaper with someone who cares small locally owned company.

RIPPED OFF BY LIGHTHOUSE STORAGE If I could put no stars I would Complete Rip off. Tried to keep my unit by charging excessive fees. The trick is low cost upfront but will bust your butt on the backend. Don’t be one day late or it goes from 60-300 no exaggeration. I’m letting everyone know that those youngsters and the owners are scamming ppl in Evansville, Indiana. This could be happening all over. Enter with caution and if the try it file suit against them and BBB.

Don't honor their online discounts!! I made an appointment over the phone was told the rate and online said 50% off for 2 months. Then he asked my age and said I qualified for another 10% off senior discount. Went to the place in Oceanside for the appointment. He refused to honor the 50% off for 2 months AND said there is no senior discount. He said it was the discretion of the manager. I WALKED OUT!!! WAY to expensive for that part of Oceanside.
