Top Notch Storage Facility Carla is a perfect representation for this facility. She is kind, courteous and professional. She took the time to show us our options. The facility is clean and well lit. Hand trucks are available to make moving in and out easy. They even have a moving truck available free of charge when moving the big stuff! Just replace the gas. And of course it is within a certain mile radius that you get it for free. Climate controlled, clean, safe and easy access were important to us and Lighthouse hit them all. We are extremely happy with our choice.

Liars and crooks Unfortunately, there isn’t an option for zero stars. This place lied about the spot available, and left us stranded in our rv at 5:30 at night. The manager agreed that there was no way that the space was able to accommodate the size that was promised, but then couldn’t even refund my money! Do not use this place!!

Very Proactive and Helpful I was in desperate need of a storage spot for my travel trailer. When I originally called, this facility was sold out, too. But, unlike other companies, they asked for my number and said they'd reach out if a spot came open -- within a few weeks one did...they worked with me and got me in in no time!
