The staff is thorough, pleasant, and has responded to my every need with excellence. The units are clean and secure. The prices are competitive. My friend referred me and, as advertised, they received their referral fee without hesitation. I am grateful for such excellent service for a convenience that I currently need.

Could have gotten a 4 stars but one… Could have gotten a 4 stars but one star was taken away due to my service was interrupted by a walked in customer .. Your rep stopped helping me and turned to help the other customer!! My movers had to wait an extra 20mins, making them late for their next scheduled moving!!

The BEST in Whittier!! So… I went to every self storage facility in Whittier, La Habra area. 80% of them I, found to be filthy 99.9% I, found to have horrible customer service. Until I came across Light House Self Storage. I, called the office she answered the phone the first time I called (their competitor answer the phone the second or third time I called) She was patient, she walked me through their Operation hours, Unit locations etc. needless to say I rented here because customer service, location and cleanliness are very important when renting a storage unit. Great job ladies and thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions. Hands-down the best Self Storage in Whittier.

Very content Lighthouse Self Storage customer I've been with Lighthouse Self Storage in Oceanside for 6 months and have nothing but outstanding service amd support from them. Highly recommend. :) This is the second time I have used this storage facility. The unit is climate-controlled so belongings don't get moldy or overheat. It is also clean and well-lit, which is great if I need to go there late in the day after work. Jennifer and Andrea have always been open, kind and accommodating, and I have observed they treat other tenants that way too.
