Failure to launch Rent a donkey and pick it up yourself. It would be way faster. What a joke.

Great communication We've been with Rocket Shippers for about 2 years now, and the service has always been consistent - and pulled us through two huge holiday seasons flawlessly. This is the perfect partnership - you really don't get this level of customer service nowadays.

This was my worse business experience in 22 Years of Business. Where 2 start? Overcharging intentionally, lost inventory, orders 1/2 shipped, fake pallets added to storage billing, rude, lied, inexperienced, childish, lack of talent and logistics knowledge from the very top, down. Spent over 15K in legal fees after illegally holding inventory hostage after 70 days of termination. These bad business practices are common to many other customers as reviews will show. I would never recommend anyone sign a contract with them, they violated mine over 8 times! Had to open a BBB also, which they ignored! From Accounting, Sales, and warehouse operations, the incompetence is epic and staggering. Their top managers come from bookkeeping at IHOP and a fry cook managing a warehouse location. Check your billing if you are with them now!

A shipping company that cannot ship things This asks us to give constructive feedback, but I really cannot when it comes to Rocket Shippers because everything about our experience with them was terrible. We chose them last summer as our new 3PL. In the selling process, they told us all about their capabilities. Unfortunately, once we went live with them, reality quickly set in about how their actual capabilities were not at all like what we had been sold. In a nutshell, this is a shipping company that cannot actually ship things. They cost us so much money in unnecessary cost due to their errors. That + customer complaints caused us to terminate them after just 90 days. I highly recommend you do not choose them as a 3PL for your business.

Perfect partnership We've had a rough go with 3PLs in the past, and so glad we found Rocket Shippers - we were referred by friends. Onboarding/implementation was a breeze, and the handoff to CX and Operations was seamless. We were handheld every step of the way, it really felt like a white glove service. We ship fragile materials, and they made sure to work with us to ensure that our items arrive as safely as possible from A to B with minimal damage or none at all. Working with Rocket Shippers has put my mind at ease. Thank you so much for taking care of my (business) baby!
