This was my worse business experience in 22 Years of Business. Where 2 start? Overcharging intentionally, lost inventory, orders 1/2 shipped, fake pallets added to storage billing, rude, lied, inexperienced, childish, lack of talent and logistics knowledge from the very top, down. Spent over 15K in legal fees after illegally holding inventory hostage after 70 days of termination. These bad business practices are common to many other customers as reviews will show. I would never recommend anyone sign a contract with them, they violated mine over 8 times! Had to open a BBB also, which they ignored! From Accounting, Sales, and warehouse operations, the incompetence is epic and staggering. Their top managers come from bookkeeping at IHOP and a fry cook managing a warehouse location. Check your billing if you are with them now!

Horrible company!!! This company takes forever to ship. I've been waiting 18 business days to get my delivery from Las Vegas to Minneapolis. Horrible, never again!

Successful launch, great client customer service We moved into 3PL services with Rocket Shippers last month and have been super pleased! Their team has amazing client customer service and has felt very taken care of throughout the onboarding process and our launch. Our shipments have been sent to customers within 24-36 hours, and we haven't received any issues from our stores. The team that I interface with has been lovely and so kind. I have already recommended a few other founders to them!

This company has stored my inventory… This company has stored my inventory for over a year, charging me monthly. And one day they simply lost my inventory, began ignoring us and finally when I got their senior person on a call they stated it was not their liability and to contact my insurance provider. They have essentially stolen or lost my inventory and want to carry zero responsibility - this means they are a scam company and nobody should trust them in either Kentucky, Las Vegas or elsewhere.
