Great 3PL for Fast and Accurate Fulfillment We transitioned all of our fulfillment and warehousing services to Rocket Shippers after spending the first 4 years with our original 3PL partner. It was not a frictionless process, but the implementation itself was as smooth as 4-party implementations go. Glenn and his team have done an excellent job quickly learning our products and scaling their processes to meet our needs. After completing the transition in October 2023, the RS team took 100% of our volume during our busiest month (November) and met the fulfillment SLAs by 99% with a pick-error rate of less than 0.5%. You don't achieve that level of fidelity as quickly as they did without having the right boots on the ground. I've been very happy with the relationship thus far and have no doubt that this will be a fruitful, long-term partnership.

Successful launch, great client customer service We moved into 3PL services with Rocket Shippers last month and have been super pleased! Their team has amazing client customer service and has felt very taken care of throughout the onboarding process and our launch. Our shipments have been sent to customers within 24-36 hours, and we haven't received any issues from our stores. The team that I interface with has been lovely and so kind.
