GBA shipping company that cannot ship things This asks us to give constructive feedback, but I really cannot when it comes to Rocket Shippers because everything about our experience with them was terrible. We chose them last summer as our new 3PL. In the selling process, they told us all about their capabilities. Unfortunately, once we went live with them, reality quickly set in about how their actual capabilities were not at all like what we had been sold. In a nutshell, this is a shipping company that cannot actually ship things. They cost us so much money in unnecessary cost due to their errors. That + customer complaints caused us to terminate them after just 90 days. I highly recommend you do not choose them as a 3PL for your business.

GBSlow as a turtle, tracking is a joke Slow, can't track.......where is the up side for customers waiting for paid for merchandise? Shippers, use USPS so we can track! No update in 6 days now.......sitting in one place, really? 6 days sitting?

George is full of great ideas and cares about his customers to the utmost priority. I highly recommend Rocket Shippers for any 3PL, Logistics, and Amazon Fulfillment related services. Rocket Shippers offers a wide variety of solutions as well.

GBHorrible company!!! This company takes forever to ship. I've been waiting 18 business days to get my delivery from Las Vegas to Minneapolis. Horrible, never again!

GBGreat 3PL for Fast and Accurate Fulfillment We transitioned all of our fulfillment and warehousing services to Rocket Shippers after spending the first 4 years with our original 3PL partner. It was not a frictionless process, but the implementation itself was as smooth as 4-party implementations go. Glenn and his team have done an excellent job quickly learning our products and scaling their processes to meet our needs. After completing the transition in October 2023, the RS team took 100% of our volume during our busiest month (November) and met the fulfillment SLAs by 99% with a pick-error rate of less than 0.5%. You don't achieve that level of fidelity as quickly as they did without having the right boots on the ground. I've been very happy with the relationship thus far and have no doubt that this will be a fruitful, long-term partnership.
