Great Asset to our Business We have been working with W2Go for about 6 months, the support team and our account executive, Stephanie, have been nothing but great. The ability to assist with our new companies shifting needs has been wonderful. Additionally, their insight and suggestions on our shipping needs has been a great asset as we continue to grow. I suggest them to anyone that is looking for a 3PL solution and is unsure about how it all works.

I was charged $10,000 for setting… I was charged $10,000 for setting things up, $1500 per month of "technology" fee, and 5% of "feul" fee on top of everything. Seriously? Don't you already make money by arbitraging UPS shipping fees?

A very costly experience for our business Our experience with Ware was as follows and was strikingly similar to Kurtis Mishler's below, being written with the same sentiment of the "over the top" negative experience we had: Product leakage with serial traceable goods found on marketplace sites, frequent misshipments, persistent erroneous billing practices (i.e. as others have stated - charging a full pallet build for each container on the pallet), inter-warehouse moves with pallets of goods showing up at our corporate front door as "lost goods" by the carrier with no warehouse accounting to support the outbound goods, poor customer support, limited platform function, frequent and multiple warehouse kitting issues resulting in increased costs to rectify end customer complaints, lost packaging supplied by us for protection of goods, goods shipped without following SOP using protective packaging resulting in damaged goods and increased costs to make end customer whole, highly disorganized communication intracompany, employee turnover also contributing factor to lack of organization and top leadership ineffective at bringing any resolve in over a year of persistent, repeated and consistent failure and breach of contract and SLA. Spent significant expense on forensic accounting to review erroneous billing, reconciling warehouse inventory losses and assessing financial loss to company as a result of the performance of Ware2Go. We're still accruing loss and reconciling the account after 6 months of reviewing the performance of Ware and it's significantly negative financial impact on our business.

Good but could be better Service is good, the people are awesome and response is quick for the most. I am not giving it 5 stars only because I feel that in certain occasions there is more that can be done for the client and ill explain: Since I started working with W2G, I encountered two damaged packages of mine that were sent from Kansas City center. I am paying for pick and pack from master boxes and for packing and wrapping materials, yet two packages were damaged in shipments. UPS obviously won't take responsibility and I was told that its not the logistic centers fault. I believe that in this case I am the last one to have to suffer the damages and I believe that W2G should try to do more in means of compensating their clients, as I compensated mine, for it wasn't their fault for the fact that what they bought was damaged or lost.
