GBW2G New Customer Onboarding I've been using W2G for over 90 days and their onboarding & fulfillment execution has been exceptional. Their team is incredible knowledgeable and responsive. Our Onboarding Manager, Paige made the entire process extremely pleasant. Their platforms are user friendly and efficient. I've had nothing but great experiences from the time I was onboarded through going live with our fulfillment. 10/10- Would highly recommend.

GBExcellent Customer Support, Competitive Rates, Large Network We are a 16+ year old ecommerce company having used Amazon and another major fulfillment partner in the past. We hastily had to move our fulfillment operation because the partner was shutting down within 60 days. We compared 4-5 major fulfillment service providers and after careful evaluations, we picked Ware2Go because of their competitive rates and large warehouse network. Moving during the 4th quarter wasn't our choice but Ware2Go made the best out of the situation. We were quickly onboarded and they immediately had a team working on getting us integrated so that we did not miss a single day of operations. We have now been with Ware2Go for 5 months. They have the best customer support. They reply quickly to our emails and tickets and have been very flexible to make our transition as easy as possible. They even made a few custom changes that we needed which we didn't expect that were willing to do! Currently, we are using 2 warehouses with about 160 SKUs. They are progressively getting better and better with order accuracy and are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve. I love that about them. They are not a black box like Amazon MCF FBA. Amazon might be cheap but you get what you paid for. With Ware2Go, I sense that they genuinely care a lot about small to mid size businesses. I'm looking forward to continuing our growth with them!

CRGood but could be better Service is good, the people are awesome and response is quick for the most. I am not giving it 5 stars only because I feel that in certain occasions there is more that can be done for the client and ill explain: Since I started working with W2G, I encountered two damaged packages of mine that were sent from Kansas City center. I am paying for pick and pack from master boxes and for packing and wrapping materials, yet two packages were damaged in shipments. UPS obviously won't take responsibility and I was told that its not the logistic centers fault. I believe that in this case I am the last one to have to suffer the damages and I believe that W2G should try to do more in means of compensating their clients, as I compensated mine, for it wasn't their fault for the fact that what they bought was damaged or lost.
