GBI feel scammed by Ware2Go. I would like to speak with the Founder of Ware2Go. I feel scammed. I needed a new packing solution, and waited for weeks while the Ware2go team analyzed 2 of my products, which they promised to pay for but never did, and this stalled my start date to sell my items. They DID NOT find a solution, and wasted weeks, and now they are holding that against me, and doubling my monthly rent. This caused me a tremendous amount of stress. Penalizing me for a delay that THEY were a part of.

GBGreat experience onboarding Great experience onboarding! Very proactive and on-top-of-things. The outbound shipments are within 24 hours. We are a small startup that had a successful campaign on Kickstarter. Even then, I had individual attention. International Inbound has been choppy. But so did millions of businesses in America. Hopefully, W2G will fix those inbounding issues. Very happy with the fulfillment, though!

GBExcellent Customer Support, Competitive Rates, Large Network We are a 16+ year old ecommerce company having used Amazon and another major fulfillment partner in the past. We hastily had to move our fulfillment operation because the partner was shutting down within 60 days. We compared 4-5 major fulfillment service providers and after careful evaluations, we picked Ware2Go because of their competitive rates and large warehouse network. Moving during the 4th quarter wasn't our choice but Ware2Go made the best out of the situation. We were quickly onboarded and they immediately had a team working on getting us integrated so that we did not miss a single day of operations. We have now been with Ware2Go for 5 months. They have the best customer support. They reply quickly to our emails and tickets and have been very flexible to make our transition as easy as possible. They even made a few custom changes that we needed which we didn't expect that were willing to do! Currently, we are using 2 warehouses with about 160 SKUs. They are progressively getting better and better with order accuracy and are constantly looking for feedback and ways to improve. I love that about them. They are not a black box like Amazon MCF FBA. Amazon might be cheap but you get what you paid for. With Ware2Go, I sense that they genuinely care a lot about small to mid size businesses. I'm looking forward to continuing our growth with them!
