Great experience onboarding Great experience onboarding! Very proactive and on-top-of-things. The outbound shipments are within 24 hours. We are a small startup that had a successful campaign on Kickstarter. Even then, I had individual attention. International Inbound has been choppy. But so did millions of businesses in America. Hopefully, W2G will fix those inbounding issues. Very happy with the fulfillment, though!

Kinks to iron out. It seems that either the system has a fair amount of kinks or we are just unlucky and got hit by them all. As soon as this system works as designed it will be pretty nifty.

The Ware2Go team has provided great… The Ware2Go team has provided great service and I have appreciated their partnership. We've had issues at the warehouse with compliance and following SOP's, these issues have been addressed by the Ware2Go team so I am hopeful they will be resolved.
