Though my request for pick up was short they delivered and my cars were loaded into a container in no time. Am very satisfied with their communication and reliance. By being responsible with peoples personal items... By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again

Dan (Au rep) and colleagues made the whole process from picking up the vehicles to loading them extremely stress free. They can also organize vehicle inspections, and sort out Escrow payments which i have also used,and very happy with their services The company does an excellent job to keep the customer up to date,and phone calls/emails are always answered quickly.
