Excellent Service ! It was my first time shipping a car oversea and I was so nervous. Alex, West Coast Shipping Operation Manager, took his time to answer every single question and walked me through the whole process. The car was delivered on time and was in perfect conditions. The price was also competitive with others. Overall, they have an excellent service. I will come back and work with Alex in the near future.

Great First time experience I just chanced upon WC Shipping on the internet and decided to ship through them. Though my request for pick up was short they delivered and my cars were loaded into a container in no time. Am very satisfied with their communication and reliance. By being responsible with peoples personal items... By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again

I've sent vehicles from Poland and England, all the way out to Los Angeles, California. Even during the midst of the pandemic, the team was able to deliver in a timelv and effective manner.

I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and… I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and all arrived badly damaged, there are before and after photos of the vehicles it is a clear cut case. They walked all over the roof and trunk of the vehicles, spilled chemicals on the paint, dented panels, smashed windows, ripped interior and more. I had to get a loan to fix the damages and they have been trying to avoid reimbursing me the damages money. I provided all the paperwork they requested but they are very unprofessional and will now not respond to my emails chasing up the situation. It has now been over 6 months and still no money. I strongly advise not using WCS as they do not care about vehicles at all and are unprofessional.
