I lost $17000 because this incompetent company I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!

Damages, title lost, truck driver faked signatures etc etc. The manager isn't responsible for anything, no help, storage fees because of their own failures. Never never again !!!! Professional service at unbeatable prices. We have tried WCS with a few cars now from NJ and CA to Bremerhaven and we are everything else but disappointed. They handled our classic cars with care and responded rapidly to any of our emails. All together they offer a great service.

Great company Great company, honest and straight forward. With WCS you are dealing directly with the company that packs and ships your car. So many others just take your money and farm the work out to much larger logistics companies who just do not care.

By being responsible with peoples personal items... By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again
