Dan (Au rep) and colleagues made the whole process from picking up the vehicles to loading them extremely stress free. They can also organize vehicle inspections, and sort out Escrow payments which i have also used,and very happy with their services The company does an excellent job to keep the customer up to date,and phone calls/emails are always answered quickly. Every vehicle has arrived un damaged and in the time frame given. Great company to deal with.

Worst service ever never ever will i ship anything with this company. time delays, lack of communication, waste of money and time. customer service that you might expect in north korea

West Coast Shipping is not a suitable choice for anyone that values their time or money. We recently shipped a car with West Coast and I will spare you the details but it was a miserable experience. They grossly misquoted the timeline and cost, were impossible to get ahold of, and provided incorrect information. I made the mistake of relying on my agent to actually know something about shipping cars and she did not. It would have been less painful and taken less to to put my car on a row boat and try to row it across the ocean.

I've sent vehicles from Poland and England, all the way out to Los Angeles, California. Even during the midst of the pandemic, the team was able to deliver in a timelv and effective manner.

I lost $17000 because this incompetent company I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!
