Worst service ever never ever will i ship anything with this company. time delays, lack of communication, waste of money and time. customer service that you might expect in north korea

I lost $17000 because this incompetent company I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!

Great First time experience I just chanced upon WC Shipping on the internet and decided to ship through them. Though my request for pick up was short they delivered and my cars were loaded into a container in no time. Am very satisfied with their communication and reliance. There is no better service Great experience on my 1st adventure, very helpful, friendly staff. Good communication and all processed on time and no hidden costs. My vehicle turned up as it left and I will be using these guys again, for sure. Fully recommend.

By being responsible with peoples personal items... By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again
