NZI shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and… I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and all arrived badly damaged, there are before and after photos of the vehicles it is a clear cut case. They walked all over the roof and trunk of the vehicles, spilled chemicals on the paint, dented panels, smashed windows, ripped interior and more. I had to get a loan to fix the damages and they have been trying to avoid reimbursing me the damages money. I provided all the paperwork they requested but they are very unprofessional and will now not respond to my emails chasing up the situation. It has now been over 6 months and still no money. I strongly advise not using WCS as they do not care about vehicles at all and are unprofessional.

CHWest Coast Shipping - work in progress **Update** Just received an email from the CEO of West Coast Shipping stating that they will support me on my key-loss nightmare. I’ll keep this review updated… ———————————————————————— They shipped a car for me and lost all keys. Bill of Lading (BOL) confirmes key handover, so does the seller of the car as a witness. The problem with West Coast Shipping is that their employees are ignorant to the problem. I received an address for a German Locksmith to go fix the problem by myself and cover all my associated cost. Never ever again… and BTW West Coast Shipping folks, I blog on several Oldtimer sites in Europe.

ESGreat company Great company, honest and straight forward. With WCS you are dealing directly with the company that packs and ships your car. So many others just take your money and farm the work out to much larger logistics companies who just do not care.

DEPlease choose literally any other company to ship your car Please do yourself a favor and select another company for your shipping needs. West Coast Shipping is not a suitable choice for anyone that values their time or money. We recently shipped a car with West Coast and I will spare you the details but it was a miserable experience. They grossly misquoted the timeline and cost, were impossible to get ahold of, and provided incorrect information. I made the mistake of relying on my agent to actually know something about shipping cars and she did not. It would have been less painful and taken less to to put my car on a row boat and try to row it across the ocean.

LUI lost $17000 because this incompetent company I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!
