One star is way too much One star is way too much. The worst company for shipping cars. Be aware! Damages, title lost, truck driver faked signatures etc etc. The manager isn't responsible for anything, no help, storage fees because of their own failures. Never never again !!!! Be aware!!!!⚠️ By the way we are shipping cars over the last 11 years. We tried WCS as a new partner. Never never again.

Great First time experience I just chanced upon WC Shipping on the internet and decided to ship through them. Though my request for pick up was short they delivered and my cars were loaded into a container in no time. Am very satisfied with their communication and reliance. Excellent Service ! It was my first time shipping a car oversea and I was so nervous. Alex, West Coast Shipping Operation Manager, took his time to answer every single question and walked me through the whole process. The car was delivered on time and was in perfect conditions. The price was also competitive with others. Overall, they have an excellent service. I will come back and work with Alex in the near future.

Terrible service Terrible service! Paid a deposit on a bike only for them to sell it to someone else without any correspondence then took me 8 months to get it back after legal threats! Appalling experience!

I used a service of WCS with…AUDI A5 SPORTBACK I used a service of WCS with transporting my Audi A5 SPORTBACK from US to Germany. Everything went smoothly, car was kept in closed warehouse, freight aranged fastly with full tracking details, local handling same. No additional demmages. For next car i will use the same forwarder.
