I lost $17000 because this incompetent company I lost $17000 because my car became so much damaged during the transportation from Indianapolis to Antwerp, so a reparation is much more expensive as the value of the vehicle. And West Coast Shipping refuse to pay the damages. I think . that they have no insurance. I'm a pensioner and wantet realize my dream of a nice car, but now it became a nightmare. And my savings are now lost. So for me, this company is absolutly not serious!!!

Excellent Service ! It was my first time shipping a car oversea and I was so nervous. Alex, West Coast Shipping Operation Manager, took his time to answer every single question and walked me through the whole process. The car was delivered on time and was in perfect conditions. Shipping vehicle out of NJ to England Alex Naumov was VERY helpful and certainly did the business . He promptly replied to my emails and phone calls. He even arranged the carriage of my small fire truck from Tennessee to NJ. In contrast, the agent this side used by WCS, Hills, charged me nearly 750$ and all they did was shuffle the paper work, contracting out the actual unloading to a firm of handler who were very good. I would certainly recommend WCS with confidence, adding that Hills Shipping in England should be avoided if possible.
