Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again

One star is way too much One star is way too much. The worst company for shipping cars. Be aware! Damages, title lost, truck driver faked signatures etc etc. The manager isn't responsible for anything, no help, storage fees because of their own failures. Never never again !!!! Be aware!!!!⚠️ By the way we are shipping cars over the last 11 years. We tried WCS as a new partner. Never never again.

I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and… I shipped 5 classic cars with WCS and all arrived badly damaged, there are before and after photos of the vehicles it is a clear cut case. They walked all over the roof and trunk of the vehicles, spilled chemicals on the paint, dented panels, smashed windows, ripped interior and more. I had to get a loan to fix the damages and they have been trying to avoid reimbursing me the damages money. I provided all the paperwork they requested but they are very unprofessional and will now not respond to my emails chasing up the situation. It has now been over 6 months and still no money. I strongly advise not using WCS as they do not care about vehicles at all and are unprofessional.

Please choose literally any other company to ship your car Please do yourself a favor and select another company for your shipping needs. West Coast Shipping is not a suitable choice for anyone that values their time or money. We recently shipped a car with West Coast and I will spare you the details but it was a miserable experience. They grossly misquoted the timeline and cost, were impossible to get ahold of, and provided incorrect information. I made the mistake of relying on my agent to actually know something about shipping cars and she did not. It would have been less painful and taken less to to put my car on a row boat and try to row it across the ocean.

Gud parking and customer service excellence Is my third time using west coast shipping and I will recommend it to anyone in Ghana who want import car or goods from USA to Ghana.they park the car well in the container not like other shipping.all my three cars west coast ship to me were in the same condition as I bought.they also help in buying spare parts for all cars they ship.I like the way they inspect cars b4 shipment and email 100 pictures so you see ur car in detail even b4 it get to yu.
