GHGud parking and customer service excellence Is my third time using west coast shipping and I will recommend it to anyone in Ghana who want import car or goods from USA to Ghana.they park the car well in the container not like other shipping.all my three cars west coast ship to me were in the same condition as I bought.they also help in buying spare parts for all cars they ship.I like the way they inspect cars b4 shipment and email 100 pictures so you see ur car in detail even b4 it get to yu.

GBExcellent Service ! It was my first time shipping a car oversea and I was so nervous. Alex, West Coast Shipping Operation Manager, took his time to answer every single question and walked me through the whole process. The car was delivered on time and was in perfect conditions. The price was also competitive with others. Overall, they have an excellent service. I will come back and work with Alex in the near future.

CHWest Coast Shipping - work in progress **Update** Just received an email from the CEO of West Coast Shipping stating that they will support me on my key-loss nightmare. I’ll keep this review updated… ———————————————————————— They shipped a car for me and lost all keys. Bill of Lading (BOL) confirmes key handover, so does the seller of the car as a witness. The problem with West Coast Shipping is that their employees are ignorant to the problem. I received an address for a German Locksmith to go fix the problem by myself and cover all my associated cost. Never ever again… and BTW West Coast Shipping folks, I blog on several Oldtimer sites in Europe.
