Worst service ever never ever will i ship anything with this company. time delays, lack of communication, waste of money and time. customer service that you might expect in north korea

U.S to Australia shipping I have used WCS to ship several… I have used WCS to ship several vehicles on separate occasions from both the East and West coast of the U.S to Australia. Dan (Au rep) and colleagues made the whole process from picking up the vehicles to loading them extremely stress free. They can also organize vehicle inspections, and sort out Escrow payments which i have also used,and very happy with their services The company does an excellent job to keep the customer up to date,and phone calls/emails are always answered quickly. Every vehicle has arrived un damaged and in the time frame given. Great company to deal with.

Professional service at unbeatable prices. We have tried WCS with a few cars now from NJ and CA to Bremerhaven and we are everything else but disappointed. They handled our classic cars with care and responded rapidly to any of our emails. All together they offer a great service.

I used a service of WCS with…AUDI A5 SPORTBACK I used a service of WCS with transporting my Audi A5 SPORTBACK from US to Germany. Everything went smoothly, car was kept in closed warehouse, freight aranged fastly with full tracking details, local handling same. No additional demmages. For next car i will use the same forwarder.

By being responsible with peoples personal items... By being responsible with peoples stuff. Thing I packed inside the cab of my truck arrived outside of the cab damaged and when I emailed they are not excepting responsibility. My truck has scratches down the side and arrived with a screw in the tire from their shipping yard. My newborns walker “new” was what was in the cab of truck. Has missing wheel and freeze and scratches all over it. If you value your possessions that you’ve worked hard for I’d definitely go with a different company. I moved to Dubai and eventually will be moving back to the states. But will most definitely not use this company again
