SLOW DOWN!!! I live on a culdesac, your driver passed my home, both coming and going at well over 30mph Remeber I mentioned the Culdesac... a round court with 1 way in and out... Please TELL your drivers you don't get peoples business with your name on the side of a speeding vehicle. I am considering you get the load to it's destination early? That's not a plus for the people you endanger with your lack of consideration. AGAIN, please TELL your drivers to slow down in small neighborhoods... with no sidewalks, and narrow streets...

Find a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.

Customer service is a joke Customer service is a joke, I've talked to 4 different people trying to get a update on my pick up and and out of all 4 of them I talked to only 1 came to me correctly and was professional and didn't hang up in my face like Chris did. She actually fixed a lot of the issues the other 3 representatives messed up by telling me misinformation and saying my package has been picked and it hasn't. And I booked this shipment over a week ago, last week of March to be exact and I've never had so many problems trying to get correct information

Abe is the best at Freight Center Abe is the best! He communicates well, follows up, goes the extra mile to assist and support, and works like he’s your personal assistant or staff member to handle your shipping needs. In fact, he’s better than some shipping managers I’ve hired for my company in the past that worked in my warehouse and were on my payroll. You are in great hands if you work with Abe!
