USFirst time shipping large items and… First time shipping large items and didn't realize they have to be palletized before it could be shipped as freight. Abraham is amazing. He spoke to the warehouse manager to understand what was getting shipped i.e (glass vs plexiglass). He obtained multiple quotes to get me an affordable shipping option and he moved with urgency knowing the item must be removed by a deadline. Highly recommend Abraham as your account manager.

USFind a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.
