First time shipping large items and… First time shipping large items and didn't realize they have to be palletized before it could be shipped as freight. Abraham is amazing. He spoke to the warehouse manager to understand what was getting shipped i.e (glass vs plexiglass). He obtained multiple quotes to get me an affordable shipping option and he moved with urgency knowing the item must be removed by a deadline. Highly recommend Abraham as your account manager.

Very helpful! Sergio Arenas did a great job at helping me navigate my shipping needs! I am new to this business and he made me comfortable and taught me how things work. Will definitely use them for every freight need my company has!

BE VERY WARY OF USING FREIGHTCENTER Our customer shipped a crate of equipment back to us. They dropped it off at the Roadrunner Terminal and had the Terminal Manager sign and write their phone number on the FreightCenter shipping document. They lost the crate roughly 9 months ago. We made a claim through FreightCenter and they have largely ignored us. They say they spoke with the terminal manager and nothing was ever dropped off so there is no claim. What we would like most is to get our equipment back but FreightCenter says even though we have sent them all of the documentation they have repeatedly come back saying we don't have documentation. It is very frustrating and disappointing to have them constantly shift the blame and take no responsibility for the problem. They taught the fact that they carrier full insurance so that if anything happens you are covered - this is blatantly untrue. If they actually had insurance this issue could have been resolved months ago. BE VERY WARY OF USING FREIGHTCENTER, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD AND WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SHIPMENT. After review of FreightCenter's response I would like to add that FreightCenter was paid in full for the shipment that was lost and very conveniently cannot seem to help in any useful way - but at least they made money so why should they care?

First Time LTL Customer - Great Experience As a first time LTL customer with a shipment of electronics from Georgia to Michigan, I was unfamiliar with the process. The FreightCenter team assisted and provided me a alternative shipment quote that was 50% less than on the automated online tool. They chose ABF Freight to move my goods. The goods arrived in 3 days, on time and in good order. The ABF Freight team was also a top notch team providing daily updates and calling me to set up a delivery. The delivery driver was courteous and a real pro. He arrived on time and he negotiated the narrow access passage to my facility and move my freight with a pallet jack into my storage facility. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I will return to FreightCenter for my next shipment.

Find a competent carrier I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded. All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet. There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report. The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects. I received a check for $20.00.
