The instructions are very poor The instructions are very poor. When the first two steps state pre- drilling and nail gun recommended it should be a sign. Lucky my husband has the tools and used wood glue, but I would still recommend placing where you don't have to worry about someone bumping into it.

Placed order for wine cellar door… Placed order for wine cellar door on/about 3/26/2021 and told that the order would take 6-8 weeks. I contacted them on 5/16/21 to find out when the door would be shipped. On 5/17/21, I was initially told July. When I asked why isn't it coming in May since I ordered in March I was then told the door would be ready in two weeks. Then I recieved another email stating the door wouldn't be ready until Mid June. I suspect the order was forgotten and instead of being honest, I am getting the run around. I am hoping the door arrives in June and is perfect, so my contractor can finish the work, this door has caused a 3 week delay to my basement renovation, so far. Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.

The unfinished pine rack design is good… The unfinished pine rack design is good for a cellar closet - the two I ordered hold 96 bottles (both Burgundy and standard 750ML bottles) solidly as advertised. The bottle depths in the rack vary because of structural elements so it’s not a good uniform rack for public display. It's fine in the cellar, however. Overall, good buy and assembling the kits wasn’t an issue.

Good design, good product. Wine rack carton arrived in good condition. Wasn't quite prepared for the "some assembly required" issue but was ok. Yes, used a nail gun. Trying to hammer nails by hand would have been an exercise in frustration. Couple of the pieces split when nailed due to grain in wood. Had to glue and clamp to repair. Rack works fine, pretty much what I expected.

Wire Rack ReviewI recently installed a wire rack system… I recently installed a wire rack system from WCI. It was easy to install and looks great. WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation.
