Wire Rack ReviewI recently installed a wire rack system… I recently installed a wire rack system from WCI. It was easy to install and looks great. WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation. I chose the redwood individual bottle… I chose the redwood individual bottle racks and love it. Once you carefully review the assembly instructions, it's easy to put it together [with a brad gun]. I did not choose the lacquer finish but ended up doing it myself later - wish I had ordered it finished. One section had missing parts but a phone call had them expressed to me the next day.

Extremely disappointing. I ordered a wine rack back in November of 2021. I was told it wouldn't ship until January 20th, which I understand because of COVID and supply chain issues. A few days after I placed my order I received another email saying they only had 7 of the 10 units I had ordered. So I decided to just get the 7 they had. after hearing nothing, I reached out to them on January 21 to see where my order was. They said it had shipped and been delivered. I never received an email confirming a shipping date or time. I also never received the order ( I have video camera's on my house). They had no idea what happened to my shipment, said they'd send out another shipment and then a few days after that said they didn't have that item. So after waiting for 2 and a half months I got nothing. I was also never approached with options or alternatives. I simply got a refund so I can spend my money elsewhere. Such a disappointment!!
