I have used other companies and issues always show up upon installation, Not with WCI! They make the process much easier than you have imagined, and provide multiple options in the design process. Nice and sturdy wine rack We love our wine rack, but it was a little tricky to assemble. We ended up hiring our handyman since it was suggested to use a nail gun and we don't own one. Customer service is phenomenal. I got very quick replies to my questions before and after placing my order. I am impressed with the level of communication. I would recommend buying racks from Wine Cellar Innovations if you are OK with having to do the assembly yourself or hire it out. The end product is very nice and suits our needs perfectly.

They were very helpful when I placed my… They were very helpful when I placed my order but when I called back 10 minutes later to cancel because I needed to check my dimensions and reorder later, they would not give me a credit nor send me an acknowledgement that I even called back. I had to dispute with my credit card company...
