GBShare review Share review Embed review This is my 3rd wine cellar designed by Wine Cellar Innovations, great quality and everything fits as designed. I have used other companies and issues always show up upon installation, Not with WCI! They make the process much easier than you have imagined, and provide multiple options in the design process. Enjoy your new cellar with WCI, Marc Van Ness Colorado Springs, Colorado

GBI recently received two wooden wine… I recently received two wooden wine racks. The installation instructions were among the worst I have ever seen. It took two of us two hours just to get the first one assembled. Once done, we realized that some of the key parts were different lengths so I can't stand it up. I can only lay it on its' side. I am returning the second unit as it is not worth the money.

GBWine Cellar Innovations has become my go to for cellar projects Wine Cellar Innovations has become my go-to for multiple cellar projects. The products are top notch and the customer service even better. When I was trying to design my latest cellar, one of the reps worked with me to pick out the right products and setup like my own personal design consultant! Even helped me order custom heights to ensure I maximized the space!

GBNice and sturdy wine rack We love our wine rack, but it was a little tricky to assemble. We ended up hiring our handyman since it was suggested to use a nail gun and we don't own one. Customer service is phenomenal. I got very quick replies to my questions before and after placing my order. I am impressed with the level of communication. I would recommend buying racks from Wine Cellar Innovations if you are OK with having to do the assembly yourself or hire it out. The end product is very nice and suits our needs perfectly.

GBGood design, good product. Wine rack carton arrived in good condition. Wasn't quite prepared for the "some assembly required" issue but was ok. Yes, used a nail gun. Trying to hammer nails by hand would have been an exercise in frustration. Couple of the pieces split when nailed due to grain in wood. Had to glue and clamp to repair. Rack works fine, pretty much what I expected.
