High quality, good value product Really, really pleased with the wine racks we ordered. Assembly was fairly straightforward -- I would 100% recommend a nail gun, it should probably be 'required'. Packaging/delivery was fine, instructions were clear, and the measurements provided on the site were highly accurate to the finished product. Overall good quality and value. Glad we made the purchase. Would recommend.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. We’ve been waiting for our cellar to be competed for nine months with poor customer service, attention to detail and project management. Do not sign a deal with them if you want your project done on 2021

I had to dispute with my credit card company...

The unfinished pine rack design is good… The unfinished pine rack design is good for a cellar closet - the two I ordered hold 96 bottles (both Burgundy and standard 750ML bottles) solidly as advertised. The bottle depths in the rack vary because of structural elements so it’s not a good uniform rack for public display. It's fine in the cellar, however. Overall, good buy and assembling the kits wasn’t an issue.

Not a good experience at all Not a good experience at all. We purchased two wood wine racks hoping for the best but the quality was not at all what we expected. Nearly all the sticks were scratched, marked up or chipped and the finish felt cheap and homemade. The final straw came when we broke several pieces while trying to assemble the racks with a hammer and nails (who designs furniture that is held together like that?). By the time I'd put one piece of the assembly together the wood was so dented and chipped that I gave up and chucked the whole thing in frustration. They were the cheapest racks we could find on the internet but I guess I should have known I'd get what I paid for.
