WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation. I recently received two wooden wine… I recently received two wooden wine racks. The installation instructions were among the worst I have ever seen. It took two of us two hours just to get the first one assembled. Once done, we realized that some of the key parts were different lengths so I can't stand it up. I can only lay it on its' side. I am returning the second unit as it is not worth the money.

Not a good experience at all Not a good experience at all. We purchased two wood wine racks hoping for the best but the quality was not at all what we expected. Nearly all the sticks were scratched, marked up or chipped and the finish felt cheap and homemade. The final straw came when we broke several pieces while trying to assemble the racks with a hammer and nails (who designs furniture that is held together like that?). By the time I'd put one piece of the assembly together the wood was so dented and chipped that I gave up and chucked the whole thing in frustration. They were the cheapest racks we could find on the internet but I guess I should have known I'd get what I paid for.

Nice and sturdy wine rack We love our wine rack, but it was a little tricky to assemble. We ended up hiring our handyman since it was suggested to use a nail gun and we don't own one. Customer service is phenomenal. I got very quick replies to my questions before and after placing my order. I am impressed with the level of communication. I would recommend buying racks from Wine Cellar Innovations if you are OK with having to do the assembly yourself or hire it out. The end product is very nice and suits our needs perfectly.

I chose the redwood individual bottle… I chose the redwood individual bottle racks and love it. Once you carefully review the assembly instructions, it's easy to put it together [with a brad gun]. I did not choose the lacquer finish but ended up doing it myself later - wish I had ordered it finished. One section had missing parts but a phone call had them expressed to me the next day.
