Pack Rat really came through for our… Pack Rat really came through for our move from NY to Fla. When we realized we needed more than an 8 footer from another storage container company, Pack Rat had a 16 footer at the same price. They worked the timing schedule with us and allowed changes right up until delivery. All delivery and pick ups were on the dates promised. The dispatchers and drivers were easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Satisfaction Could not have been more satisfied, especially with the facility manager Anthony we dealt with as well as the driver Nelson. They were both extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. We had an issue with the first pod that was delivered and both Anthony and Nelson went above and beyond to correct the problem. Highly recommend 1 800 pack rat and would definitely use again if needed.

Room for improvement… There is so much to like about this company. Getting all of the details together for a cross-country move was made easy by the team at 1800PACKRAT. It was obvious they have done this many times before and their confidence gave me peace of mind. I received a price in an email that included all of the details. I also received a contract that I read and signed. But then I got charged $517.48 cents for something I do not remember agreeing to, nor was it included in the email with all of the prices. I called and they said is was a "fuel surcharge" that I agreed to. I said, "Ok, it does seem odd that this was not included in any price I was given, but if I agreed to it and don't recall, just show me where I agreed to it." Despite several attempts to find out where I agreed to the fuel surcharge, 1800PACKRAT has yet to show me where/when they ever told me about this. At worst, this is very dishonest. At best, they need to include this amount in the same quote/pricing as the rest of what people are expected to pay. Added 4-23-24. Yes, this will be the third time I have requested a breakdown of my bill AND a copy of the file where I agreed to pay the full surcharge. Order 2906058.

Customer service is appalling Customer service is appalling. One reviewer was upset about being on hold 20 minutes. I’ve been on hold for as long as 2 hours! Driver was supposed to deliver my pod yesterday. More than 24 hours later I still have no idea when it will be delivered. I’ve arranged helpers now for 2 days in a row and looks like will be another day. I am very disappointed

Horrible service, broken promises! Container not picked up for 2 days despite 4 phone calls a 4 deceptions by customer service reps that promised it would be picked up. No phone calls explaining service failures, no satisfaction, just lies. Extremely sorry I choice Pack Rat over PODS. Will never use again or recommend to anyone!
