GBThis is the second time I’ve used Pack… This is the second time I’ve used Pack Rat. I appreciated that whenever I called with a question, the customer service rep always had my information & was able to professionally give me an answer. The drivers have been fantastic about placing the pods where I needed them to make packing & unloading easy on the movers. However, I felt their storage fees were too high & had to find other storage options which saved me 2/3 what they wanted to charge. That being said, I would hire Pack Rat again.

GBHorrible service, broken promises! Container not picked up for 2 days despite 4 phone calls a 4 deceptions by customer service reps that promised it would be picked up. No phone calls explaining service failures, no satisfaction, just lies. Extremely sorry I choice Pack Rat over PODS. Will never use again or recommend to anyone!

GBCustomer service is appalling Customer service is appalling. One reviewer was upset about being on hold 20 minutes. I’ve been on hold for as long as 2 hours! Driver was supposed to deliver my pod yesterday. More than 24 hours later I still have no idea when it will be delivered. I’ve arranged helpers now for 2 days in a row and looks like will be another day. I am very disappointed

GBSatisfaction Could not have been more satisfied, especially with the facility manager Anthony we dealt with as well as the driver Nelson. They were both extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. We had an issue with the first pod that was delivered and both Anthony and Nelson went above and beyond to correct the problem. Highly recommend 1 800 pack rat and would definitely use again if needed.

GBHorrible Horrible. 0 stars. Completely unprofessional. Confirmed delivery of our pod on the phone yesterday and today they no-showed (meanwhile we reserved building elevators and hired movers for this time). We paid $50 extra for morning pod drop off as well as $50 for same day pick up - apparently neither of these services actually exist, they just took our money for literally nothing. We will be reporting the company for fraudulent practices. Moving is already a stressful experience and their incompetence has made it so much worse.
