GBVery bad experience Very bad experience. The last two deliveries sent was a Samsung tv 43” went missing and a PlayStation 4 and a Delonghi coffee machine was stolen from their original boxes. In Romania I’ve been to the police but in England I wrote to Small Court, which is a gov.uk site and made a complain . Paid £35 and they mediate the issue. I recommend to everyone who had a bad experience with Eastlines to do that.Don’t let them. ROGreat job!!! I sent with them a TV and some parcels with clothes and personal belongings and they arrived intact, in a few days, they picked up from the address, they delivered to the address, they called me before,I received an order number and was able to track the order online from collection to delivery...... They are promises, professionals. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the services offered. I warmly recommend them.

GBDo not touch with a bargepole! No zero stars are available, unfortunately. Pick up: Driver blamed me for road works and being late, packaging too large (should I cut my stereo system in two?). Absolutely no shame in talking to clients like that.
