AUNO RESPONSE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER I purchased an item recently with their buy for me service. They add on a 10 percent surcharge. They also charge for the box size which ends up twice as much as the weight . They also add on 15% for the Australian GST tax which is only really 10%. The item end up costing twice as much as the initial purchase price . I'm going back to ebay and Amazon who give realistic shipping cost.

GBWe need updates I have 24 packages sitting in my account that I cannot forward to the UK, and 3 packages which are marked as delivered by USPS, but not appearing on my account. CS is not answering any queries, and even though the US address has been changed on the website, we have not been informed via email.

HKMissing Items The pet cage H-S-G on-shipped arrived without the all the pieces required for assembly included. When H-S-G was notified of the lack of parts, they were provided with the order and tracking number from Amazon (per their request) as well as a photo of the instructions showing the shape and size of the missing pieces. They now are requesting a merchant's shipping confirmation, while still denying responsibility. This time consuming back and forth after paying over the top fees makes the experience with H-S-G unsatisfactory and unpleasant.

DKReliable and quick reshipping from US - perfect service Ordered from Apple.com to my US hopshopgo address, but was nervous since it was the first use of the re-shipping service. But no need for that at all. Delivery from Apple arrived correctly and within 2 working days was registered for shipping processing through their online site - easy and guides process. Shipped with DHL very quickly with perfect tracking info and received on normal shipping in 3 days from US to Denmark! - that is impressively good service. I will definitely use their service again.

HKHopShopGo went wrong Exactly, I have been using HopShopGo for 10+ years and the quality of service was so good. Yet the situation has been changed since April 2023. Something went wrong and my items over $3000 value still sit there without being registered on my account. So worrisome!! Can anyone in OR, USA find out what’s going on out there?
