I'm very happy with my first time use… I'm very happy with my first time use of the HopShopGo platform. I used their Buyforme service and it went perfectly. Then the process to ship to Australia was also flawless. The delivery time was an impressive 4 days. I used their welcome voucher with the Express upgrade and it made the whole process very affordable. BIG THUMBS UP from me 😁👍

Something Is Seriously Wrong With HopShopGo I have been using HopShopGo for almost 18 months with no issues until yesterday. I currently have 14 packages sitting in my account that I can do nothing with as I went to Onebox them yesterday and I get a message they are short on staff. I tried to send the package that they start charging me storage fees on from today I get a message that they are moving warehouses and that they have paused operations for a few days while they move. Does anyone know how long we actually haven’t been able to use the site at all? I am so worried my storage fees will get out of control and that I won’t actually receive my items that I have paid for and this isn’t even my fault

Just 2 feedback: 1) Bring back the discount codes that you used to have 2 years back maybe 2) With the change in address, I am concerned over the potential loss of items. While it's unavoidable, I do have some preorder items that was registered under the old address and wont be shipped out until year end. I have tried to update the records for the order but potentially, there is still the risk that my items will be lost in transition.

NO RESPONSE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER I purchased an item recently with their buy for me service. They add on a 10 percent surcharge. They also charge for the box size which ends up twice as much as the weight . They also add on 15% for the Australian GST tax which is only really 10%. The item end up costing twice as much as the initial purchase price . I'm going back to ebay and Amazon who give realistic shipping cost.

We need updates I have 24 packages sitting in my account that I cannot forward to the UK, and 3 packages which are marked as delivered by USPS, but not appearing on my account. CS is not answering any queries, and even though the US address has been changed on the website, we have not been informed via email.
